The Richard Medical Academy website was created to provide information to the general public about the school or to provide online services to students, faculty and staff. Services available online include, but are not limited to, admissions, student platform, academic calendar, handbooks, policies, forms, staff directory, COVID policies, school catalogs, payment of specific fees, etc. Richard Medical Academy recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy rights of the users. All personally identifiable information shared on RMA's online service website is securely managed and safeguarded in accordance with the policies and guidelines set forth by our accrediting bodies.
Richard Medical Academy complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), as amended, which provides students the right to access a copy of their student records; permits students with the right to contest incorrect information in their student records; and limits the release of such information without students’ explicit written consent. Student "directory information" may be released without the student's written consent.
Certain optional information submitted by users may be considered Protected Health Information (PHI). Richard Medical Academy complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), which regulates the use and disclosure of PHI. Protected information might include admissions physical. drug screens, vaccination records, health information related to absenteeism or admissions.

RMA's online and mobile communications may contain links directed to other websites and social media platforms. Some links are to school content such as the RMA's online applications for enrollment. Other links and may redirect to websites or platforms such as Grade Link, Elsevier, CastleBranch, Facebook, TikTok, etc. RMA is not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or content of any of these websites or platforms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any outside websites or platforms.
